Description

The outbuilding to the southwest of Hollin Hall is a cow house and hay loft, currently used for general storage. It likely dates from the 18th century and has undergone some later alterations and additions. The structure features stone rubble walls with quoins and a slate roof. The openings in the earlier part of the building have oak lintels, while the later sections use stone lintels. This building is included in the listing primarily for its group value with Hollin Hall.
