Description

High Broadrayn Cottage is a building that may date back to the 16th century and has been altered over time. It features grey roughcast over stone rubble and has a slate roof. The cottage is two storeys tall, with the front facing the road displaying three windows on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. One of the upper windows is a three-light casement of original proportions, while the others are sash windows. There are end chimneys, and the rear wing includes small new casements and a lean-to porch at the south end.
