Description
Barley Bridge over the River Kent is a bridge that dates from an uncertain time, possibly the 17th century. The north side was partly rebuilt in the 20th century, but the work is in keeping with the original style. The bridge is approximately 8 feet wide and features two segmental arches, with cutwaters on the central pier and a pedestrian refuge over the northern cutwater.
