Description
Littlethwaite Farmhouse and the adjoining barn date from the early 18th century. The farmhouse features roughcast over slate rubble walls and a graduated greenslate roof, with the rear part covered in 20th-century tiles. It has two storeys and three bays, with the barn located on the left under a common roof. The entrance is a central plank door set within a painted stone architrave. The windows are two-light flat stone-mullioned, with a single light window above the doorway. The barn includes a central small plank door and small flanking openings. At the rear, there is an overall outshut that is open on the return wall of the barn.
