Description
Low Rosthwaite Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse with a roof that was raised in the 19th century. It is constructed of roughcast stone and has a slate roof. The southeast elevation features two storeys and three bays, with a lean-to outshut on the left side. The ground floor includes windows with small-paned casements, and the window in the first bay has a mullion. The outshut also has a casement window. On the first floor, there are sashed windows with vertical glazing bars. There are entrances to the outshut and the second bay, and gable-end stacks are present. An outshut is located at the rear of the building.
