There is a gable-end stack and a cross-axial stack to the left of the raised roof over the fourth bay, with the entrance located in the second bay. The south gable-end has a ground floor window with small-paned fixed glazing and a casement window on the first floor. The west elevation has a small two-storey wing with a gable-end stack and a lean-to porch in the re-entrant angle to the right. Inside, the cottage features two upper cruck trusses with spurs, chamfered beams, a spice cupboard, and a spiral stair.
