Description
Goodybridge House, dating from the 17th century, is a two-storey building with white-washed roughcast over stone rubble and a slate roof featuring end chimneys. The front has a modern glazed and flush-panelled door, topped with a large semi-circular shell hood supported by brackets. On the ground floor, there are two 3-light casement windows, while the upper floor has three 2-light windows that are irregularly spaced. Crude slate dripstones are present over the ground floor. At the back, there is a low wing with a round chimney. Attached to the house is a barn, which is said to contain medieval crucks. The interior of the house is reported to feature a late 17th-century staircase.
