Description

The dung-pit located approximately 20 metres east of Combestone Farmhouse is a structure likely dating from the 18th century. It is made of large granite moorstones and is built into the steep slope of the inclined farmyard. The dung-pit forms a low retaining wall around a slightly D-shaped plan.
