Description
This building is a former stable located about 15 metres southeast of Rowden Farmhouse. It is probably from the 18th century or early 19th century and is constructed of granite rubble with a cement-covered slated roof. The stable has two storeys and features a central doorway with a wooden lintel. To the left of the doorway is a small window, and to the right is a ventilation slit that has been glazed. Above the ventilation slit, just below the eaves, are four pigeon holes. Inside, the stable has a cobbled floor with a central drain.
