Description
Monksmoor is an 18th-century farmhouse constructed of rendered stone rubble, topped with a slate roof featuring both gabled and hipped ends. The building has two storeys and a four-window range, with three-light casements that include glazing bars. To the left of the center, there is a glazed door that is sheltered by a large glazed porch dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. A large rendered chimney stack is positioned at the ridge near the hipped end, and another chimney stack is located at the slate-hung southwest gable end. At the rear, there is a 19th-century outshut that features an external chimney stack.
