Description

This barn, located about 10 metres south-east of Rowden Farmhouse, is likely from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed of granite rubble and features a half-hipped roof that is covered with corrugated iron. There is a wide doorway facing the farmyard, which has remnants of a plain pegged wood doorframe. A smaller door is present in the opposite wall, and there is a ventilation slit in the lower gable. The roof timbers were replaced in the 20th century.
