Description

This is an upright chest tomb located approximately 6 meters south of the south wall of the tower at the Church of St Peter. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a flat top with a moulded edge and panels that have raised moulded edges, which are eared or indented with rosettes. It has a cavetto base resting on a plinth. Although the inscriptions were not legible at the time of the survey, part of the date "178-" can be deciphered, indicating the overall style of design is appropriate for that period.
