Description

This is a late 18th-century house situated at the end of a terrace on the west side of Gloucester Road in Tewkesbury. It is a narrow and deep house with a lower wing extending to the rear, built on a double-depth plan. The house is three storeys high with a single window on each floor. It features replacement sash windows set within brick voussoirs, with fluted stone keys above the windows and stone sills. A 20th-century door and surround are located on the left-hand side. The roof is hipped behind a parapet with coping. The right return is plain, featuring two large brick stacks, while the rear has a two-storey hipped wing with 20th-century windows. The interior remains uninspected. The house is an important feature at the end of this varied terrace.
