Description
The stable block located immediately east of Number 3, Sudeley Lawn Cottages, is a late 19th-century structure. It is built from square and coursed limestone, featuring yellow limestone quoins and continuous kneelers at the coped gables, topped with an asbestos cement roof. The building has a series of five segmental-headed stable doors, which are flanked by four small segmental-headed wooden lights, and five flat mullions that serve as ventilators. There is also a single light in the gable, which is a larger version of the other lights. This stable block is a well-designed and well-preserved example of estate farm architecture.
