Small house, attached to mill (q.v.). Early C19. Cut and squared limestone, Welsh slate roof, large stone gate stack. Two storeys, 2-windowed, 2-light C19 casements to first floor, C20 steel casements ground floor, no door entrance side. Modest cottage presumably related to use of attached mill building (q.v.), included primarily for group value.
