Description

The Mill House is a house and former mill dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of squared limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped by a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring four bays. The fourth bay includes a six-panel door with a fanlight above it. The windows are twelve-pane sashes, and there is an attic dormer at the rear. To the right, there is a two-storey rear extension with three bays and casement windows. Attached to the left is a three-bay mill, which has been altered but still retains the arch for the race on its rear wall.
