Description

The Norris monument is a pedestal tomb located in the churchyard approximately 5 meters southeast of the porch to the Church of the Holy Cross. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of sandstone. The tomb is rectangular in shape and features flattened corner balusters, a moulded plinth, and a high moulded top coping. It is inscribed with the names of various members of the Norris family and is surrounded by a low railed enclosure.
