Description

A pair of cottages dating from the late 18th century. They are built of squared and coursed stone, with the right gable rendered. The roof is covered in concrete tiles, and there are stone and brick stacks, one off-centre to the left and one to the right. The cottages are a simple block shape, with later extensions to the rear. They have two storeys and a 1+2-window arrangement. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, except for the ground-floor window on the left. The front of the cottages include a six-panel door, partially glazed, on the far left, and another six-panel, partially glazed door beneath the second window. The cottages are listed for their group value.
