Description

This building, formerly part of a farmhouse and now used as offices, dates to 1738, as indicated by the carved initials "MD/1738". It has undergone alterations in the 20th century. The exterior is roughcast render with incised decoration, a brick chimney, and a plain tile roof. The south east side features a varied arrangement of windows. A plain doorway is adorned with a moulded plaster wreath incorporating the date, a good example of a traditional local decorative style. A lean-to porch has been added to the left, with a 20th-century casement window above. A two-storey lean-to projects to the left, featuring small-paned sash windows on the ground floor. The interior of the building has not been inspected.
