Description

Bay Tree House is an early 19th-century building located on Dudbridge Road in Dudridge. It is constructed from ashlar stone and features a pitched slate roof that is concealed by a parapet. The house has three storeys and is characterized by three ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance includes a door with a semi-circular fanlight, and there is an iron lattice work porch with a tent roof. Bay Tree House, along with Vale Cottages and Vale Stores, forms a group of buildings of architectural significance.
