Description

This is an early 18th-century chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 1 meter south of the Church of St. John and to the west of the porch. It is made of limestone and features lyre ends with an oval panel at the west end, although the east end is damaged. The south side has a swag inscription panel supported by flanking putti holding open books. The north side has three moulded panels with inscriptions that are no longer legible. The top of the tomb is chamfered, and the base is not visible as of February 1985.
