Description
Milestone from the early 19th century. It features an iron plate with raised serif lettering and a decorative border, mounted on a rectangular stone post with a rounded top. The plate displays the following inscriptions: 'TO/ GLOUCESTER/ CROSS/ 5/ TO/ BRISTOL/ 29'.
