Description

No. 5 on Coombe Road is a corner dwelling dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of painted rubble with a tile roof. The building has two storeys, but due to the sloping ground, there is a third storey at the rear. The facade features three irregularly placed windows, including one early 19th-century casement window with thick glazing bars, while the others are sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance is an off-centre panelled door. The building is set back from the road but is attached to the adjacent public house.
