Description

Greenacres is a dwelling built in the early 19th century. It features rough rendered rubble and a stone slate roof. The building has a broad frontage block that extends to the left, where there is a cottage and a carriage house, along with a large 19th-century extension at the back, also with a slate roof. The structure has two storeys, with a third floor in the roof space. The principal block has three windows, which are 19th-century sashes with glazing bars set in broad surrounds. There is a central six-panel door located under a swept copper 'pagoda' hood supported by light standards. The entrance gable rises to three storeys and includes a three-light casement with leaded rectangular panes on the left side, as well as a small fixed square light at the extreme left.
