Description

The Jubilee Lamp is a commemorative decorative lamp standard erected in 1904 to celebrate the completion of Queen Victoria's 60th year. It is made of cast and wrought iron and stands on a limestone base that is part of the churchyard boundary wall. The lamp features a central circular pillar supported by four square posts, which have decorative vertical elements resembling simple leaf forms. These posts hold four curved brackets that carry a scroll support for the original lamp holder, which has been replaced with an electric bulb. A plaque with an inscription is located on the front. The entire structure is approximately 5 meters high from the pavement.
