Description

The Smith Adams monument is a pedestal tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 20 meters southwest of the chancel arch. It dates from the mid-18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb is rectangular in shape with oval side panels and features a tall moulded capping adorned with gadrooning, as well as a moulded plinth. There are various 19th-century inscriptions on the monument. It is situated within a stone-kerbed enclosure that includes small panelled caskets to the east and west.
