Description
The building known as the Bazaar has a late 17th century or early 18th century appearance, with some early to mid-19th century modifications. It stands three storeys tall and is constructed of painted coursed rubble. There is a cill band at the second floor level. The roof is steeply pitched and made of stone, featuring three ashlar chimneys with moulded capping. The facade includes three windows with plain surrounds, fitted with glazing bar sashes. To the left, there is a two-storey angled bay that has a door on the ground floor, resembling a turnpike booth. The central entrance door is flanked by a modern bow window on the ground floor to the right.
