Description
This is an unidentified chest tomb located about 6 meters southeast of the south door in the churchyard of the Church of St. Stephen in Moreton Valence. It dates from the early 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a flat top, a splayed plinth and capping, and thick flattened lyre ends with striated returns. The west side has shallow relief, while the north side is plain. The south side displays an inverted short T-shape panel.
