Description

This is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 3 meters southeast of the chancel of the Church of St. Martin. It dates from 1775 and is made of limestone. The tomb is rectangular in shape and features gadrooned corner balusters and bolstered side panels. The ends and the south side are decorated with egg and dart motifs. It has a cyma moulded top, while the base is not visible as of September 1985. The south side is inscribed with the name JOHN LONG, who died in 1775.
