Description

Spout Farm Cottages are a group of three cottages dating from the early 17th century. They are constructed of rubble stone with a slate roof and feature brick ridge stacks at both ends. The cottages are arranged in a T-shape with a cross gable on the left side. The building has two storeys and an attic within the gable. There are two windows, which are wooden casements set beneath stone hood moulds, except for the ground floor window on the right, which is a three-light stone mullioned leaded window. The entrances are located on the side and are accessed through a small single-storey extension added in the 19th century.
