Description

This is an early 19th-century detached house. The exterior is rendered and features ashlar detailing with plain pilaster strips. It has a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate, which slopes down at the rear, and two brick end stacks. The house is two stories high and has three windows on the front facade. These windows are 16-pane sashes with stone sills and stone lintels, the lintels featuring a projecting voussoir shape that extends beyond the window openings. The central window on the first floor is a round-headed sash with Y-tracery above a nine-pane window. A central arched doorway with a four-panel moulded door is topped with a simple fanlight.
