Description

Lysia House and the adjoining property are two houses located at the end of a row, built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed and squared sandstone, with rendering on the left gable and part of the back, topped with a Welsh slate roof featuring gable and central ridge stacks. Each house has two storeys and is symmetrical, with two window openings that contain sash windows with bars above stone cills. Central to each house is a fielded panel door, which is sheltered by a simple symmetrical hood. This property is significant as it marks the southern entry point to the square.
