Description

The Cross at South Cerney, known as Clark's Hay, is a stone cross that likely dates back to the late medieval period. It features three large, worn stone steps that decrease in size as they rise, held together with iron cramps. The base is uneven and octagonal, leading up to a tapering octagonal shaft. At the top, there is a stone ball finial and a twisted iron cross, which is probably from the 19th century.
