Description
This is a mid to late 19th-century house located to the left of Forge House, currently occupied by Mr. V. King. The building is constructed from coursed, squared, and dressed limestone, topped with a stone slate roof. It features an ashlar and 20th-century coursed, squared, and dressed stack. The house has a rectangular plan and stands two storeys tall. Its two-windowed facade is illuminated by 2-light stone-mullioned casements that have stilted heads and stopped hoods. There is a 19th-century four-panelled door located at the lower right, while a plank door can be found within a wide opening with a concrete lintel at the lower left. The interior has not been inspected.
