Description

No. 3 Market Place is a large house in a terrace, dating from the mid-18th century. It features a roughcast front and a Cotswold stone slate roof with a large rendered gable stack on the right side. The building has three storeys and a deep range with a rear wing. The front has three windows, which are 12-pane sashes set in plain reveals. On the ground floor, there are two shop fronts and a central 20th-century door with a painted plain stone architrave, keystone, and impost blocks, along with a blocked fanlight above. The second floor has three smaller 2-pane sashes.
