Description
This is a barn and attached byre located approximately 25 meters northwest of White Hall Farm, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed from limestone rubble and features a flat-chamfered plinth and a stone slate roof. The barn is rectangular in shape and has a projecting porch on the south side, with a lean-to attached to the left wall of the porch. The byre is situated at the left gable end. There are double doors in the wall opposite the projecting porch and triangular ventilation slits. The right gable end has two large 20th-century steel casements with glazing bars. To the left, there is a plank door leading to the byre, and a pitching door to the hayloft in the gable end. Inside, the barn has four bays with original trusses that include collar and tie beams.
