Description

This pair of cottages, located 7 yards south of Mosswood, dates from the mid-19th century and is designed in the Cotswold style. They are constructed from rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped with a concrete plain tile roof and featuring a central ashlar chimney. The cottages are 1½ storeys high and have two windows with glazing bar sashes, which are smaller in the gabled Cotswold-type hall-dormers. There is a set-back lean-to that provides access to painted doorways. These cottages are included for their group value.
