Description
The summer house, located 40 yards southeast of Eyford Park, is a garden pavilion built around the 1920s, likely designed by E Guy Dawber. It is constructed of rubble and features a hipped Cotswold stone roof. The pavilion has two open sides and offers an excellent view of the approaches from the southeast, positioned at the edge of the ha-ha.
