Description
This is a mid 19th century boathouse located at the south end of the lower lake in Eyford Park. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped with a Cotswold stone roof. The building has a skewed plan and features a coped and weathered gable at the front, which includes a blind oculus above a two-light mullion window. There is a segmental arched entry on the ground floor.
