Description

This is an early 18th-century cottage, which was once a shop. It is constructed of rubble stone with a rendered front, and has a roof of Cotswold stone slates. The building is a single range, three stories high. It features one 16-pane sash window to the first floor and one 9-pane sash window to the second floor, both with moulded wood architraves and plain sills. There is a late 18th-century shop front with glazing bars, moulded sills, a wooden fascia, and a simple cornice. A central, half-glazed door was installed in the 20th century.
