Description
The Salad Bowl is a 17th-century building, remodelled in the early 18th century, and significantly altered around 1900 with the addition of a two-story glazed extension designed as a showroom above a shop front. It has a stone-tile roof and a long extension to the rear. The building’s notable features are located in the back rooms. The ground floor contains a deep chamfered beam with roll stops. The first floor features an almost complete panelled room with raised and fielded panels. A large vaulted cellar, likely dating to around 1700, is also present. The building is included on the list due to its interior features.
