Description

Jasmine Cottage is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of rubble with a roof of Cotswold stone, and features end chimneys; the right-hand chimney has a cornice, while the left-hand chimney has a large stepped base. The house is two storeys high with two windows, featuring segment-headed casements with keystones. A central plank door is also topped with a keystone. A low ground-floor extension serves as a scullery, with a noticeable bulge to the south indicating the presence of a bread oven. The building is listed for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding buildings.
