Description

The Manse is a house in a terrace, dating from the early to mid-18th century. It features a rendered front and a tile roof, with no visible stacks. The building has two storeys and three windows on the upper floor, which are 12-pane sashes set in plain reveals. On the ground floor, there are two similar windows and a doorway to the right, which is accessed by two steps. The entrance has a six-panel door, with the middle two panels being fielded, and is topped by a shell hood supported on brackets that cut into the string course above the ground floor windows. The façade includes side vertical strips, a cornice, and a blocking course, all set on a high plinth. There is also a cellar window to the left of the doorway.
