Description

The Greedy Grape is an 18th-century building located on the north side of Oxford Street, Moreton-in-the-Marsh. It is listed as a building of group value, meaning it contributes significantly to the character of its surrounding area.

The building is constructed of ashlar and has a Cotswold stone roof. It is two storeys high with an attic, and features three windows. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within moulded stone architraves that include keystones. A central doorway is emphasised by a moulded stone architrave, a pulvinated frieze, and a pediment. The building has a modillion cornice, a parapet, and one dormer window with a pediment. The ground floor contains modern shopfronts.
