Description
The Cotswold District Council Offices, a branch office, is a late 19th-century building designed in an 18th-century style. It features an ashlar front and is two storeys tall. The façade has five bays, which are highlighted by plain pilasters and an entablature. The large 12-pane sash windows have segmental heads and glazing bars. The central doorway is topped with a 6-pane light. Above, there are four large sashes with glazing bars, framed by moulded architraves and a cornice. The building has an eaves cornice, a parapet, and brick end stacks with moulded stone caps. The roof is not visible from the street.
