Description

The Raised Pavement is a mid-19th century structure designed by mason Richard Belcher, who was also a contemporary parish Waywarden. It extends from Elm Villa to No. 2 St George's Terrace, featuring a slope downwards. The pavement is constructed of coursed rubble and is equipped with a simple tubular iron guard.
