Description

This sundial, dating from the late 18th century, is located approximately 10 meters south of Ablington Manor in Bibury. It is made of limestone and features an iron gnomon. The sundial has a baluster shape with acanthus-leaf decorations on both the lower and upper parts. Its top is circular, although the inscriptions have become eroded over time. The sundial is situated in a small formal garden adjacent to Ablington Manor.
