Description
Kirkham Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse that has been altered in the mid-19th century and late 20th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a Cotswold stone roof with coped verges. The building stands 2½ storeys high and has a layout of 1:3:1 bays, with the outer bays being gabled. It includes sash windows set in plain raised surrounds, with triple windows in the right-hand gable and a tripartite arrangement on the ground floor, which features central French casements. There is an angled ground floor bay to the left-hand gable and a glazed door located to the left of centre. Additionally, there is a three-bay return with a large angled bay on the ground floor.
