Description

St Edward's Cottage is a building that dates from the early 18th century but has many features from the late 19th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and has a first-floor band and a slate roof. The cottage has two storeys and an attic, with two windows that feature 19th-century flush framed sashes. There is a central doorway with a part-glazed door, which is sheltered by a pedimented Tuscan porch. The eaves cornice is bracketed, and the roof is steeply pitched.
