Description
Blockley Court, known as Northview, is a building that was formerly part of Westmacott's Mill and was mostly rebuilt in 1870. It is situated in a parallel range to the east of Court House and Southview. The structure has four storeys and is constructed from coursed rubble with a slate roof featuring coped verges. It has seven windows, which are three-light casements with segmental heads. There is a lower two-storey, two-window extension to the east that was the former wheel-house. The building includes two fire escapes and an entrance on the north side. A brick-built former workshop to the east is not included in this listing. Blockley Court has been converted into council flats. Westmacott's Mill was the largest of Blockley's twelve mills and remains the most impressive group.
